Authority tier is a claim about position, not truthfulness

A tier-A source is closer to the institution that speaks. It is not more likely to be accurate, and nothing here treats it as such. Tier describes who is authorized to say a thing, never whether the thing is so.

Enabled is not a result

A source is enabled when the pipeline is configured to visit it. Whether it ran, returned no new items, or could not be reached is a separate fact. Read the latest per-source result on Coverage before interpreting an empty count or a quiet day.
