The corpus began as a one-time governed promotion of 57 corrected shadow records; the same adapter, already run daily by the shadow collector since 2026-08-19, is now also invoked by the ordinary scheduled production pipeline, so the corpus grows from further scheduled runs going forward. Limits of this desk, stated plainly

This is not whole-of-government coverage, not armed-forces-wide, and not comprehensive Singapore defense coverage.
Other ministries, the parliamentary Hansard record, unit and recruitment pages, magazine features, social media, and procurement notices are all outside the declared scope.
The corpus began as a one-time governed promotion; new records are now collected by the ordinary scheduled production pipeline, subject to the same held-record exclusions.
Two records are held out of the promoted corpus: their CJK text was damaged by a historical extractor defect the correction overlay could not repair, and they are excluded rather than published with damaged text. See shadow/singapore_mindef/CORRECTIONS.md for which records and why.
