How this source is positioned
Authority tier B describes how close this publication sits to the institution's authorized public position. It is not a reliability score, and nothing here treats it as one. The source type — armed forces english-language portal — describes what kind of body publishes it.
What a record from this source can support
That this institution published a specific item on a specific date, and what its original text was at the time it was retrieved. Not that the institution believes it, not that a described capability exists, and not that coverage of this source is complete — see Coverage for what each run actually returned, and Methodology for the limits.
