习主席强调，“领导干部要严于律己、严负其责、严管所辖，以一身正气树标杆、作表率”。如何体现标杆意识、表率作用？多做徙木立信之事是关键。这要求党员干部树立和践行正确政绩观，把站位提起来、把自身摆进去、把责任落到位，拿出徙木立信的实绩实效。党员干部塑形象、立威信，不是喊出来的，而是干出来的。只有积极投身树立和践行正确政绩观学习教育，既努力纠治自身问题，又干出基层真心支持、官兵真诚拥护的政绩，才能立起党员干部的好样子，以实际行动赢得官兵信任。共产党人的政绩，就是做得人心、暖人心、稳人心的事，就是解决群众最关心、最迫切需要解决的问题。党员干部应以这次学习教育为契机，对自身存在的问题即查即改、立行立改，解决好官兵急盼、打仗急需、备战急用的问题，真正做到徙木立信、兑现承诺，交出无愧于时代的政绩答卷。
