新华社北京6月2日电（记者温馨、董雪）针对台湾当局肯定日菲所谓“海域划界谈判”，外交部发言人毛宁2日表示，海峡两岸同属一个中国，维护国家领土主权和海洋权益是两岸全体中国人的共同责任。民进党当局为了谋求政治私利，不惜出卖中华民族的整体利益，“台独”势力已经完全丧失民族立场，沦为彻头彻尾的民族败类。当日例行记者会上，有记者问：5月31日，针对外交部发言人日前关于日菲宣布启动“海域划界谈判”的表态，台湾当局外事部门发表言论称对日菲此举予以肯定，并质疑大陆对相关海域的主权权利。请问发言人对此有何评论? “针对日菲宣布启动‘海域划界谈判’，中方已阐明有关立场。我愿重申，此次日菲拟探讨划界的海域位于中国台湾岛以东。根据中国国内法和包括《联合国海洋法公约》在内的国际法，中方在上述海域拥有专属经济区和大陆架。”毛宁说，根据《联合国海洋法公约》，海岸相向或相邻国家间的专属经济区和大陆架界限应由有关国家本着公平原则以协议划定。涉及台湾以东海域划界谈判，必须有中方参与。 “日菲绕开中方擅自启动所谓‘海域划界谈判’，严重违反包括《联合国海洋法公约》在内的国际法和国际关系基本准则，严重侵害中方海洋权益，中方决不允许。”毛宁说。 “海峡两岸同属一个中国。维护国家领土主权和海洋权益，是两岸全体中国人的共同责任。民进党当局为了谋求政治私利，竟不惜出卖中华民族整体利益，数典忘祖、毫无底线。”毛宁说，这再次暴露出，“台独”势力已经完全丧失民族立场，沦为彻头彻尾的民族败类，必将遭到两岸同胞的唾弃和历史的清算。
