习主席在全军高级干部培训班开班式上强调：“要懂法纪、明规矩、知敬畏，做到法规制度面前人人平等，遵守法规制度没有特殊，执行法规制度没有例外。”贯彻这一重要讲话精神，军队领导干部应带头遵守法纪，当好“守门员”，不做“破窗者”，以实际行动带动官兵尊崇法纪、敬畏法纪、维护法纪、严守法纪。法纪是“紧箍咒”，也是“安全带”。严守法纪离不开示范引领、模范带头。领导干部当好“守门员”，严格落实法纪要求，勇于同违法乱纪的人和事作斗争，就能匡正行为导向、重塑作风形象。相反，领导干部如果带头违犯法纪，成为“破窗者”，就会造成“破窗效应”，引发更多违法违纪问题。因此，领导干部必须以身作则、率先垂范，成为自觉践行法纪的示范者、引领者、推动者。将欲治人，必先治己。领导干部做遵规守纪的“守门员”，是身份所系、职责所系，更是党性要求、政治要求。新征程上，领导干部只有带头学纪、知纪、明纪、守纪，真正把法纪内化于心、外化于行，才能形成无声的号召，带领广大官兵坚定理想信念、忠实履行使命。
