勇于经风雨，不当“泥菩萨” ■方良河前不久，一名地方基层干部不畏山洪风险，连夜转移群众，浑身被泥浆裹满，赢得百姓点赞。习主席指出，“要做起而行之的行动者、不做坐而论道的清谈客，当攻坚克难的奋斗者、不当怕见风雨的泥菩萨”，深刻阐明了新时代党员干部应有的担当与风骨。党员干部干事创业，理应叫响“跟我上”“我先上”，关键时刻冲得上去、危难关头豁得出来。如果像“泥菩萨”那样高高在上，遇到难题绕道走，面对风险怯担当，既贻误事业发展，也损害形象威信，一遇风雨就会消融溃散、难以自立。 “泥巴裹满裤腿，汗水湿透衣背”。强军新征程上，多数党员干部练兵备战挥洒血汗、转型建设无私奉献、抢险救灾挺身在前，为官兵立起了好样子。当前，全军正深化政治整训，聚力抓好树立和践行正确政绩观学习教育。广大党员干部应将学习教育的成效转化为知重负重、苦干实干的实际行动，努力回答好初心“三问”，确保立起良好形象、赢得官兵信任。
