新华社西昌5月31日电（李国利、崔婉莹）5月31日02时07分，我国在西昌卫星发射中心使用长征二号丁运载火箭，成功将卫星互联网技术试验卫星发射升空，卫星顺利进入预定轨道，发射任务取得圆满成功。卫星互联网技术试验卫星主要用于开展手机宽带直连卫星、天地网络融合等技术试验验证。这次任务是长征系列运载火箭的第646次飞行。
