“多名车祸伤员将在40分钟内送达医院，现启动批量伤员分级救治响应机制。”夏夜，联勤保障部队第960医院战创伤救治中心警报骤然响起，医护人员瞬间进入战斗状态。记者在现场看到，警报拉响时，正在值班备勤的医生许林，接到该救治中心急救响应命令。他快步赶到救治一线，按照预案分组，了解伤员情况，调试仪器、检查设备……救护车抵达前，许林与多名医护人员已进入救护状态。该救治中心大厅内，收治准备工作井然有序。很快，第一批伤员送抵医院。经检查，一名伤员伤情严重，许林和同组医护人员立即将其转入急救手术室实施手术。和平年代，没有战伤伤员，战救技能如何锤炼？该救治中心蹚出一条新路：把每一次创伤救治当作战伤救治来练。许林告诉记者，医院将日常伤员救护与战救训练有机融合，按照野战医疗所人员编组，每天安排多学科专家值班，确保遇有紧急情况，可迅速整建制赶到救治一线。记者观察该救治中心伤员急救全程发现，与普通外科急诊相比，无论收治流程还是救护标准，都“含战量”十足—— 救护车送来的伤员均佩戴“电子伤票手环”，参照野战伤票形式，智能录入伤员信息与处置数据；医护人员伴随办理入院、转诊手续，与野战救护场景下处置程序一致；急救手术室的设置，也与野战手术车配置基本吻合。 “实战化卫勤练兵难点在‘实’。”该医院领导介绍，医院将战创伤救治中心职责定义为“打造以外科急诊为基础、以战伤急救为标准的新型战创伤急救平台”，“快速反应、高效应急”是其显著特点。去年以来，该救治中心收治的伤员中，多数为颅骨、胸椎骨折及失血性休克、热射病等战场常见伤病，医护人员在任务中淬炼战救技能，并建立战创伤救治案例库；相关科室医护人员每年轮训一遍，整体战创伤救护技能水平稳步提升。神经外科医生王伯栋，凭借在救治中心轮训期间积累的急救经验，在高原执行任务期间完成跨专业急诊手术，成功挽救患者生命。
