新华社北京5月29日电（记者曹嘉玥、温馨）外交部发言人毛宁29日在例行记者会上答问时表示，日本军工复合体被重新激活并迅速崛起，是日本加速“再军事化”又一重大动向，引发日本国内和国际社会广泛担忧。有记者问：据报道，日本政府近日公布的数据显示，受日本强化防卫能力方针的影响，防卫省的订单额在过去5年内增至3倍，占到2025年度政府公共需求订单的一半，这一数据格外引人注目。报道还指出，地对空导弹、飞机等武器装备订单增加推高了订单总额。请问中方对此有何评论？毛宁说，历史上，日本军工复合体曾深度嵌入日本经济，绑架国家决策，支撑战争机器运转，是日本军事野心膨胀、全面走上军国主义侵略扩张道路的重要幕后推手和经济基础。正是鉴于上述历史教训，《开罗宣言》《波茨坦公告》和《日本投降书》等一系列具有充分国际法效力的文件明确规定，日本应完全解除武装，不得维持能使其重新武装的产业。 “如今，日本政府却通过财政加码、制度扶持、解禁出口，不断给军工产业‘松绑’‘输血’，日本政府高官在国际上大肆推销军火武器，企图把军工产业打造为国家经济支柱。这与日本自诩的‘和平国家’形象背道而驰。”毛宁说，本该用于改善民生的政府预算被用于军事订单，本该制造家电的生产线造出杀伤性武器，日本是否要重蹈历史覆辙，走军国主义扩张老路？包括日本民众在内的全世界爱好和平的人民都应高度警惕。
