新华社北京5月29日电（记者吴梦桐、万倩仪）外交部发言人毛宁29日表示，对53个非洲建交国全面实施零关税，为扩大非洲对华出口打开了全新的机遇之窗。中方将通过升级“绿色通道”扩大非洲输华产品准入，让零关税红利更多惠及双方人民。当日例行记者会上，有记者问：我们注意到，海关总署宣布，自今年7月20日起，将对所有非洲建交国咖啡豆全面实现检疫准入。只要符合海关总署2026年第68号公告要求，非洲建交国的咖啡豆即可对华出口，成为获得区域一体准入的又一农产品。此举也受到非洲相关国家的热烈欢迎。请问发言人对此有何评论？毛宁表示，对53个非洲建交国全面实施零关税，为扩大非洲对华出口打开了全新的机遇之窗，体现了习近平主席提出的真实亲诚对非政策理念和正确义利观。 “我们乐见越来越多的非洲优质特色产品进入中国市场，将继续做好零关税的‘后半篇文章’，通过升级‘绿色通道’扩大非洲输华产品准入，让零关税红利更多惠及双方人民。”毛宁说。
