新华社北京5月28日电（记者邵艺博、万倩仪）针对有欧盟官员日前称计划扩充相关“工具”以“平衡”对华贸易，外交部发言人毛宁28日在例行记者会上答问时表示，无论是“去风险”“降依赖”还是所谓的“贸易平衡”，实际上都是保护主义。欧方应当全面、客观看待中欧经贸关系，恪守自由贸易承诺。毛宁表示，国际贸易是双向选择，不存在强买强卖。中欧经贸关系的本质是互利共赢的。中方从不刻意追求对欧洲的贸易顺差。 “如果只看货物贸易，不看服务贸易和投资收益；只看贸易数字，不看贸易结构和利润流向；只看从中国进口，而无视自身对出口设限，自然会得出贸易‘不平衡’的片面结论。”她说。毛宁说，无论是“去风险”“降依赖”还是所谓的“贸易平衡”，实际上都是保护主义。这种措施只会损害欧洲消费者利益，抬高企业成本，削弱产业长远竞争力。中方也在密切关注欧方动向，将采取必要措施维护自身正当权益。
