新华社北京5月28日电 5月28日，国家主席习近平同奥地利总统范德贝伦互致贺电，庆祝两国建交55周年。习近平指出，建交55年来，中奥关系栉风沐雨，保持健康稳定发展。2018年，我同范德贝伦总统共同确立中奥友好战略伙伴关系新定位，开启双边关系发展新阶段。去年5月，新一对“熊猫使者”亮相维也纳，进一步深化两国人民友好情谊。当前，国际形势变乱交织，中奥两国作为世界和平的促进者、多边主义的支持者、自由贸易的维护者，更应共同坚持互尊互信、开放包容、合作共赢。我高度重视中奥关系发展，愿同范德贝伦总统一道努力，以庆祝建交55周年为契机，推动中奥关系迈上新台阶，为世界和平与发展作出更大贡献。范德贝伦表示，2018年我对华进行国事访问，同主席先生一道将两国关系提升为友好战略伙伴关系，这对双边关系具有重大里程碑意义。过去55年间，奥中两国合作持续深化，人文、教育、科研、文化、经济等各领域交往频繁，双边友好基础不断夯实。当前国际形势动荡不安，奥中保持广泛联系、共同维护稳定、增进理解尤显重要。希望双方共同努力推动双边关系不断深入发展、提质升级。
