5月28日下午，国防部举行例行记者会，国防部新闻发言人蒋斌大校答记者问。记者：据报道，日本防卫省公布加强太空领域防御能力相关措施，还宣称已启用低轨军事侦察卫星星座。请问对此有何评论？蒋斌：近年来，日本在军事扩张的道路上越走越远，一步步突破“和平宪法”约束，大肆布局太空军事力量。日执政当局持续扩大经费投入，勾连他国开展太空联合军演，构建太空军事情报体系，还打着防御旗号谋求发展和部署太空武器，导致太空武器化和太空军备竞赛风险上升，对全球战略稳定造成负面影响。和平利用太空是全人类的共识。日方在太空领域谋求军事松绑、重走军国主义老路的图谋逆历史潮流，违时代大势，国际社会对此应高度警惕、强力遏制，坚决维护人类的共同家园。
