4月底的闽南，春雨连绵。在福建省漳州市龙海区海澄镇罗坑村贤会自然村的村路上，不时来往着忙于春耕的村民。 “往年，但凡下雨，出行就成了问题。如今村路通到家门口，外出方便多了，多亏了我们村的后生郑惠元。”说起昔日狭窄泥泞的土路，变成如今平坦开阔的水泥路，80多岁的村民郑安南满脸笑容。郑惠元是一位退役军人。2025年以来，他出资为家乡群众修路，帮乡亲们解决了“行路难”。郑惠元从小在贤会自然村长大。在他的印象里，早年间村里到处是土路，两旁杂物堆积、猪圈鸡舍遍布，最狭窄处仅容一辆小型三轮车通过。尤其到了雨天，污水横流、泥浆四溅，村民出门“半身泥、一肚子气”。恶劣的通行条件，绊住了村民出行的脚步，也拖慢了村庄的发展。 2013年，郑惠元结束5年的军旅生涯，退役回到家乡。此后，他进过工厂、开过叉车，2015年响应国家“双创”号召，闯出了一番事业。郑惠元产生修路的念头，源自一次返乡的经历。那年春节，他驱车回老家探亲，因道路狭窄，停车时费了不少力气。那天，他还看见70多岁的邻居阿婆，挑着两筐沉甸甸的杨梅，颤巍巍地走在土路上，准备去集市售卖。阿婆蹒跚的身影，让他心里很不是滋味。“家乡养育了我，部队培养了我，我现在有能力，得为乡亲们做点实实在在的事。”自此，郑惠元将“为村里修路”列入自己的待办事项清单。 2025年，恰逢漳州市退役军人事务局开展“我是老兵，我为家乡办件事”活动，郑惠元第一时间报名参与，决定为村里修一条像样的水泥路。 “路宽不能少于5米，要能跑汽车，尽量修到乡亲们的家门口……”郑惠元和施工团队商量的方案，意味着部分村民得拆掉自家的围墙、让出临街的储物房。“地让出去，我们生活怎么办……”面对村民们的顾虑，郑惠元拿着规划图纸挨家挨户沟通，耐心描绘道路修成后的美好图景，同时协调施工团队反复测算，尽量减少村民的损失。就这样，经过几个月的努力，一条崭新的村路于今年春节前夕竣工通车。乡亲们运输农副产品、买年货、走亲戚都方便多了。这条新修的村路，成为乡亲们交口称赞的“幸福路”。罗坑村党委书记王洪佳龙介绍，2025年以来，在为村里修路的同时，郑惠元还出资为村里修建了乡村文化舞台，推动明线地下化改造，让村庄风貌焕然一新。面对乡亲们的赞许，郑惠元的话语朴实而真诚：“作为一名老兵，如今有能力为家乡做点事，我义不容辞。”
