今年是“十五五”开局之年，今年5月是《中华人民共和国民法典》施行以来的第六个“民法典宣传月”。大江南北的社区广场、田间地头、园区车间，一场场围绕“民法典服务高质量发展”主题开展的普法活动如火如荼进行。当法治的阳光照进寻常巷陌，人们看到的，不仅是一部有着1260条法条的法律文本，更是一幅以法治力量护航民生福祉、驱动时代变革的生动图景。法者，治之端也。习主席指出，民法典实施得好，人民群众权益就会得到法律保障，人与人之间的交往活动就会更加有序，社会就会更加和谐。作为“社会生活的百科全书”，民法典字字关乎民生、条条连着民心，从人身权益到财产安全，从邻里相处到婚姻家庭，从市场交易到基层治理，覆盖人生每一个阶段、融入生活每一处场景。持续开展“民法典宣传月”活动，既是普及法律知识、弘扬法治精神的务实举措，也是以法治固根本、稳预期、利长远，用良法善治守护群众幸福生活的时代实践。今年的“民法典宣传月”有着鲜明的时代特征。紧扣“十五五”开局起步与高质量发展的时代脉搏，各地在普法中不仅关注家长里短，更将目光投向优化营商环境、服务建设全国统一大市场、推动科技创新以及发展新质生产力等宏观命题。实施好民法典，需全社会共同参与。各级领导干部应做学习、遵守、维护民法典的表率，各类市场主体应养成依法经营的自觉，每名群众应学会用法律武器维护自身权益。这是“十五五”开局应有的法治底色。国家发展离不开法治护航，国防和军队建设需要法治保障。学习、遵守、维护民法典，是新时代革命军人的共同责任。我们应全面贯彻习近平法治思想，坚持把民法典学习宣传作为贯彻依法治军战略、推动治军方式转变的有力举措，融入树立和践行正确政绩观学习教育，与常态开展尊法学法守法用法活动结合起来。尤其是领导干部要以身作则、率先垂范，做民法典的践行者和宣传员，不断提高运用法治思维和法治方式化解矛盾、解决问题、推动发展的能力，把全面依法治军、全面从严治军提高到一个新水平。法治兴则国兴，法治强则民安。第六个“民法典宣传月”不仅是一次普法的契机，更是一次全民法治素养的淬炼。当民法典的精神真正融入每一个公民的血脉，当每个公民都成为法律的尊崇者、遵守者、运用者，法治中国的根基必将更加坚实。
