新华社北京5月27日电（记者邵艺博、万倩仪）当地时间26日，中共中央政治局委员、外交部长王毅在纽约联合国总部主持安理会高级别会议。外交部发言人毛宁27日在例行记者会上介绍了会议情况。毛宁说，当前国际形势正经历二战以来最复杂深刻变化，联合国宪章的宗旨遭到无视，国际关系的基本准则受到破坏，世界和平与安全岌岌可危。作为安理会本月轮值主席，中国倡议举行高级别会议，以“维护联合国宪章宗旨和原则，加强以联合国为核心的国际体系”为主题。100多国代表包括20多国外长和高级别代表专程出席，各方重温联合国建立的初心，进行热烈深入讨论，形成了重要共识。毛宁表示，王毅外长提出五点主张，一是重振联合国宪章，二是重振安理会权威，三是重振国际发展合作，四是重振全球治理平台，五是重振联合国系统效能，发出了维护联合国、激活联合国、壮大联合国的强有力呼声，释放了坚定支持多边主义的鲜明信号，得到各方积极响应。 “今年是新中国恢复联合国合法席位55周年。55年来，中国作为安理会常任理事国，积极参与推动了联合国事业。”毛宁说，站在新的历史起点，中国将继续担大义、行大道，同各国在多边主义旗帜下实现更大团结，推动建设更加公正合理的全球治理体系，共同朝着构建人类命运共同体的目标前进。
