新华社北京5月26日电（记者万倩仪、董雪）应国家主席习近平邀请，塞尔维亚总统武契奇5月24日至28日对中国进行国事访问。外交部发言人毛宁26日在例行记者会上表示，此次国事访问日程密集，成果丰硕，彰显了中塞高度政治互信、高质量务实合作、高水平双边关系和多边协作，必将为中塞全面战略合作注入新动力，有力推进新时代中塞命运共同体建设。 “应习近平主席邀请，塞尔维亚总统武契奇正在对中国进行国事访问。”毛宁说，今年是中塞建立全面战略伙伴关系10周年，武契奇总统此时访华具有重要意义。毛宁表示，5月25日，习近平主席为武契奇总统举行欢迎仪式和欢迎宴会，两国元首举行会谈，就双边关系以及共同关心的国际和地区问题深入交流并达成广泛共识。两国元首共同见证签署23份合作文件，现场还宣布达成10份合作文件。双方发表《中华人民共和国和塞尔维亚共和国关于持续推进构建新时代中塞命运共同体的联合声明》和《中华人民共和国和塞尔维亚共和国关于共同推动落实四大全球倡议的联合声明》。习近平主席向武契奇总统颁授“友谊勋章”，表彰他长期为中塞友好和全面战略伙伴关系发展，以及推动构建新时代中塞命运共同体所作的重要贡献。同日，李强总理、全国政协主席王沪宁分别同武契奇总统举行会见。毛宁说，两国元首高度评价新时代中塞命运共同体建设取得的各项成就，重申对彼此核心利益的坚定支持，一致同意推动中国“十五五”规划与“塞尔维亚2030”发展战略对接，深化政治、经济、科技、文旅、教育等各领域合作，继承和发扬中塞人民传统友谊，不断丰富中塞全面战略伙伴关系内涵。毛宁表示，两国元首认为，在加速演进的百年变局中，中塞应继续加强战略沟通，践行真正的多边主义，反对霸权主义和强权政治，坚守国际公平正义。两国将共同努力，推动落实四大全球倡议，为破解世界发展难题、应对国际安全挑战、促进文明交流互鉴、改革完善全球治理贡献智慧和力量。 “武契奇总统接下来还将赴上海等地参访。此次国事访问日程密集，成果丰硕，彰显了中塞高度政治互信、高质量务实合作、高水平双边关系和多边协作，必将为中塞全面战略合作注入新动力，有力推进新时代中塞命运共同体建设。”毛宁说。
