近期，一位网络博主连续举报多所高校高层次人才论文造假，其中包括有一定影响的学界专家。涉及的高校相继表示启动调查。同济大学通报，受质疑论文确实存在问题，该校生命科学与技术学院院长王某已作免职处理。相关高校直面质疑、及时核查值得充分肯定，但这场“网络博主学术打假”透出的现象也令人深思。从目前曝光的情况看，相关论文有的是统计数据异常，不符合自然数据生成规律；有的是不同时间和条件下实验小鼠照片，竟然高度相似。其中的造假手段并不高明，有的甚至被业内专家称为“离谱”，但“学术质检”的多个环节缘何未能发现？这些文章多由资深学者领衔，有的是依托科研经费支持的重点项目，为何没能守住诚信底线？科研诚信是科技创新的基石。此次涉及的论文造假究竟出自哪个环节，目前尚在调查中。但相关学者作为学术带头人，理应加强自身及课题成员的科研诚信管理，对重要论文等科研成果的署名、研究数据真实性、实验可重复性等进行严格审核把关，恪守诚信规范。当有的导师手握大量科研资源却鲜少走进一线，对实验过程、数据来源不作深究；当同行评议碍于人情“走过场”，本应细致严谨的审核把关沦为“空转”；当个别高校对于高端人才的学术抽查流于形式，对科研失信行为处理避重就轻……问题论文的出现也就难以避免，这不仅违背科学精神，也侵蚀科技创新的根基。治理学术不端，关键在向学术造假说不，让约束和监管机制真正发挥作用。学术期刊要强化审核把关，推行实验重复验证和数据全程溯源。高校应压实主体责任、从严把关。相关职能部门也要对高经费、重要课题组重点监管、全程追溯，对科研失信行为零容忍。让失信者无处遁形，让广大科研人员坚守治学初心，才能创造有利于科技强国建设的良好科研生态，激发更多创新创造活力。
