新华社北京5月25日电（记者邵艺博、万倩仪）外交部发言人毛宁25日表示，《不扩散核武器条约》依然是国际核不扩散与核裁军体系的基石，是战后国际安全架构不可或缺的关键支柱。继续坚定支持条约的宗旨和目标，符合所有缔约国利益。当日例行记者会上，有记者问：5月22日，《不扩散核武器条约》第十一次审议大会在纽约联合国总部闭幕。媒体报道称因美国、伊朗分歧，审议大会最终未能通过成果文件。中方对此有何评论？毛宁说，本次《不扩散核武器条约》审议大会是在全球战略平衡与稳定遭到严重破坏，多边军控进程日益政治化、阵营化、碎片化的背景下进行的，最终未能就成果文件达成一致，中方对此感到遗憾。 “中方认为，《不扩散核武器条约》依然是国际核不扩散与核裁军体系的基石，是战后国际安全架构不可或缺的关键支柱。继续坚定支持条约的宗旨和目标，符合所有缔约国利益。”毛宁说。她说，中方高度重视条约作用，支持维护条约的普遍性、有效性和权威性。中国代表团本着团结协作的精神，建设性参与审议大会各项工作。毛宁表示，中方呼吁所有缔约国践行真正的多边主义，奉行共同安全理念，努力改善国际和地区安全环境，切实维护全球战略稳定，消除核武器扩散的根源，创造更加有利的条件有序推进核裁军进程，通过对话谈判和平解决核不扩散热点问题，切实维护各国和平利用核能合法权益，充分发挥条约服务和平与发展的时代作用。
