新华社北京11月5日电（记者谢希瑶）商务部5日发布公告，决定自2026年11月6日起，对原产于美国的进口正丙醇继续征收反补贴税，实施期限为5年。 2020年11月17日，商务部发布2020年第47号公告，决定自2020年11月18日起对原产于美国的进口正丙醇征收反补贴税，税率为34.2%至37.7%，实施期限为5年。2025年11月17日，应中国正丙醇产业申请，商务部发布2025年第75号公告，决定自2025年11月18日起，对原产于美国的进口正丙醇所适用的反补贴措施进行期终复审调查。 2026年11月5日，商务部发布公告，公布对原产于美国的进口正丙醇所适用反补贴措施的期终复审裁定，裁定如果终止反补贴措施，原产于美国的进口正丙醇的补贴可能继续或再度发生，对中国正丙醇产业造成的损害可能继续或再度发生，决定对原产于美国的进口正丙醇继续征收反补贴税，实施期限为5年。征收反补贴税的产品范围是原反补贴措施所适用的产品，与商务部2020年第47号公告中的产品范围一致。 正丙醇直接使用或酯化为醋酸正丙酯，大量用于食品包装生产以及作为食品包装的印刷油墨溶剂，醋酸正丙酯还是新能源汽车锂电池电解液的重要组分。
