“红绿结合”铺就致富路 ■武警广西总队某支队中士谢剑 “五一”前夕，我休假回到家乡江西省井冈山市长溪村。车子刚驶进村口就排起长队，旅游大巴一辆接着一辆，外地游客接踵而至。乡亲们早早将自家的餐馆、民宿打扫得窗明几净，摆上客家特色食材。昔日静谧的小山村，被游客的欢声笑语填满，处处涌动着生机与活力。 “我们家的民宿宽敞明亮、干净卫生，还能体验绿色有机蔬菜采摘，欢迎大家来玩！”村头，村民谢振华正对着手机镜头，热情地推介自家农家乐。直播画面里，错落的农家院、葱郁的采摘园相映成趣。直播结束，谢振华一边擦拭餐桌，一边笑着向我细数自家的变化。如今，靠着经营农家乐，他家一年能挣近10万元，不仅盖起新楼房，今年初还添置了小汽车。谁能想到，几年前的谢振华，还因照顾一家老小无法外出务工，日子过得紧巴巴。长溪村依偎在井冈山脚下，漫山葱郁，林海茫茫，红色资源丰富。然而，丰富的资源一度未得到充分利用。过去，村里的青壮年大多外出谋生，闲置的老屋、荒芜的田块随处可见，唯有遇上节假日返乡潮，村子才添上几分烟火气。伴随着乡村振兴的号角，村里找准发力点，将红色资源与绿色生态深度融合。前些年，在当地政府的帮扶下，谢振华将闲置房产重新装修，摇身变成温馨的民宿，村里还选派他外出系统学习民宿管理与烹饪技术。当年，他家的民宿便盈利3万余元。昔日沉寂的山村迎来发展新机，乡亲们在家门口端稳了“致富碗”。借着红色研学的“东风”，还有不少村民将闲置房产打造成红色主题民宿。老物件上墙、革命书籍入柜，浓郁的红色氛围让民宿成了“香饽饽”，节假日常常一房难求。“开发用好红色资源，既能弘扬革命精神，又能增收致富，日子越过越有奔头。”村民的话语里满是喜悦。绿水青山是长溪村的致富本钱，村内溪流潺潺、古树成荫，生态资源得天独厚。村民们种上生态蔬菜，办起采摘农家乐，还将采摘园与民宿联动，推出集吃、住、玩、采摘为一体的特色套餐，丰富的体验让生意更加红火。如今的长溪村，农家乐、民宿一家挨着一家，红色研学与绿色休闲相辅相成；外出务工的青壮年纷纷返乡创业，冷清村道变得熙熙攘攘，荒芜土地结出致富果实。绿水青山真正变成金山银山，红色资源成为乡村发展的强劲引擎，“红绿结合”使这座井冈山下的小山村，焕发出蓬勃生机和独特魅力。（解放军报特约记者郭冬明、特约通讯员龙礼彬整理）
