新华社符拉迪沃斯托克11月2日电（记者孙萍）俄罗斯人权事务专员亚娜·兰特拉托娃1日在社交媒体发布消息说，奥列什基人道主义行动区的“静默制度”已结束，该制度有效期为10月27日至11月1日。 兰特拉托娃说，俄乌双方在奥列什基停火期间均遵守所有义务，这使当地居民获得援助成为可能，并确保了自愿离开的居民安全撤离。停火期间，在美国总统夫人梅拉尼娅的协调下，俄方与乌克兰最高拉达（议会）人权专员德米特罗·卢比涅茨开展了合作。 她说，目前各方正共同努力将人道主义救援行动继续进行下去，留在奥列什基的居民仍然需要帮助。 奥列什基位于第聂伯河东岸，与乌军控制的赫尔松市隔河相望。俄罗斯在2022年2月24日对乌克兰发起特别军事行动当天控制该市。俄乌上月27日开始在奥列什基局部停火，以便人道主义物资进入，并安排平民通过指定安全通道撤离。
