新华社北京10月30日电（记者王聿昊、谢希瑶）针对美国联邦通信委员会投票通过检测实验室限制措施，商务部新闻发言人30日表示，中方对此强烈不满，坚决反对，前期已采取反制措施予以回应。如美方一意孤行，中方将进一步采取必要措施，坚定维护自身正当权益。 有记者问：美东时间10月29日，美国联邦通信委员会（FCC）投票通过检测实验室限制措施，自2028年12月1日起，禁止授权位于中国等所谓“非互惠经济体”的检测实验室、电信认证机构及实验室认可机构，禁止在“非互惠经济体”开展涉FCC检测、认证或认可业务。请问商务部对此有何评论？ 发言人说，一段时间以来，美国联邦通信委员会罔顾中方反复交涉，违背两国元首达成的重要共识，频频出台涉华限制措施，严重损害中国及其他相关贸易伙伴利益，严重破坏中美经贸稳定局面，严重扰乱全球产供链稳定。 发言人指出，中国检测实验室是全球检测认证体系的重要组成部分，为全球通信电子、智能制造相关产品的生产和贸易提供了经济高效的保障。美方无视全球经济发展和产业合作分工的客观规律，以行政手段干预市场选择，强推所谓“检测回流”，抬高企业检测成本，拉长产品交付和迭代周期，最终将损害美国企业和消费者利益。中方此前多次提出商谈“双边互认协议”，但美方态度极其消极、负面。 发言人表示，中方通过磋商解决问题的大门始终是敞开的，希望美方正视业界呼声，尊重市场规律，与中方相向而行，立即撤销有关措施。
