善“磨刀”方能利“砍柴” ■高淙淙 《习近平关于基层工作方法论述摘编》深刻指出：冷静思考和搞好长远规划也是一种“磨刀”的功夫，是为了更好更利索地“砍柴”。这一重要论述，蕴含着干事创业的辩证法，对军队广大党员干部履职尽责、抓好工作落实具有重要指导意义。 不磨刀就砍柴，用的是蛮力，误的是进度；磨好刀再砍柴，省的是力气，提的是效率。实践充分证明：训练计划谋得细，练兵才能有的放矢；建设蓝图绘得准，发展才能蹄疾步稳；风险研判做得实，应变才能从容不迫。 善谋者行远，实干者乃成。部队备战打仗、基层治理、人才培养等工作事关长远，需要沉下心来理思路、定规划、找方法。军队广大党员干部既要有一股“说干就干、干就干好”的拼劲，也要有“磨刀不误砍柴工”的定力，在工作中留出冷静思考的时间，在埋头苦干前做好科学谋划的功课，以深思熟虑的“磨刀之功”，赢得攻坚克难的“砍柴之利”，让每一项工作更高效、每一次冲锋更有力，不断推动部队建设提质增效。
