新华社北京10月27日电（记者董雪、曹嘉玥）外交部发言人郭嘉昆27日表示，中方对英国警方任意、过度执法行为表示强烈不满、严重关切，已向英方提出严正交涉。 当日例行记者会上，有记者问：我们注意到，中国驻英国使馆近日发布了提醒中国公民注意英方出入境检查的安全提示。发言人能否进一步介绍相关情况？ 郭嘉昆说，近日，外交部和中国驻英国使馆收到多起中国公民被英国边境执法人员长时间扣留、盘查，以及其随身携带的手机等电子设备被查扣的报告。 “中方对英国警方任意、过度执法行为表示强烈不满、严重关切，已向英方提出严正交涉，将全力维护中国公民人身安全和正当合法权益。”郭嘉昆说，“我们提醒有计划赴英国的中国公民详细阅读驻英使馆发布的提示，避免不便和损失。”
