Source record——空军工程大学承训联合国维和无人机培训班见闻 ■杨正中 周士瑜 解放军报记者 裴永桢 近日，由国防部维和事务中心与空军工程大学联合举办的联合国维和无人机培训班，在西安正式开训。“在地区安全局势动荡不已的当下，无人机在维和行动中的地位与作用日益凸显，这也是我们相聚于此的原因。长期以来，中国以务实进取的行动，为维护世界和平作出突出贡献。此次开设无人机培训班，也是中国大国担当的生动体现。”课间，加纳陆军中校奥武苏的话，道出了参训学员的共同心声。 奥武苏的维和履历丰富，曾3次随本国军队执行联合国维和任务，在利比里亚、黎巴嫩和南苏丹任务区留下了守护和平的足迹。他也曾多次参加基础法规、军事观察员等相关内容的维和培训。谈及此次参加维和无人机培训班，奥武苏深有感触地说：“这还是第一次，非常有现实针对性。” 课堂上，奥武苏神情专注，在笔记本上详细记下知识要点，并不时向中方学员请教。他还常向教员提问：“这种方式是否符合联合国规则？”“这套无人救援系统在实操中如何确定施救等级次序？”他密切联系维和实践的提问，引起大家高度关注。 “中方组织的维和无人机培训班不局限于装备技术的讲解传授，还将联合国行动伦理原则、无人机理论和操作以及反无人机模块囊括其中，内容非常丰富。”奥武苏表示，这有助于维和人员相关知识的系统掌握与能力的全面提升。奥武苏还谈到，他要将此次学到的知识分享给本国官兵，将来更好地执行维和任务。 在实操试飞场上，来自巴西的亚历山德罗上尉在中方人员的指导下，操作精准规范。走下试飞场，他向多位中外学员畅谈感受。虽是本次培训中最年轻的外籍军官，但他之前已参加过巴西无人机教学与训练活动中心组织的6期培训，并组织管理过2次国际小型无人机维和行动培训。因此在本次培训中，亚历山德罗既作为学员参训，也作为教员授课。 讲台上，亚历山德罗向各国学员介绍本国开展无人机培训的流程规则和经验教训；操作台旁，他帮助其他学员一同拼装无人机；试飞场上，他向中方教员虚心请教。亚历山德罗告诉记者，他虽然拥有相对丰富的无人机业务经验，却从未实际参与过维和行动，缺乏维和实践经验。“中方举办此次培训，搭建起多国军人交流互鉴的平台。借此机会，我希望向有维和任务实践经验的同事学习，进一步提升对维和任务真实情况的认知。”他恳切地说。 像奥武苏和亚历山德罗一样，参加此次培训班的每位学员都有着各自满满的收获：来自南非的埃马津·洛夫少校，掌握了破解信号干扰难题的方法；来自尼日利亚的奥拉杜文少校，提升了微型无人机的操作技巧……各国参训学员表示，通过此次培训，他们进一步提升了维和履职能力，未来翱翔于维和战场的“和平之翼”将愈加丰满。 （解放军报西安10月26日电）
