新华社北京5月22日电（记者吴梦桐、冯歆然）据报道，美军计划6月至9月在日本鹿儿岛县鹿屋航空基地部署“堤丰”中导系统，用于美日联合演习。演习结束后，“堤丰”中导系统将转移至驻日美军基地。外交部发言人郭嘉昆22日在例行记者会上就此答问时表示，中方坚决反对美国在亚洲国家部署中导系统，敦促美方、日方纠正错误做法。 “中方坚决反对美国在亚洲国家部署中导系统，并已多次就有关问题表明关切。”郭嘉昆说，“堤丰”中导系统是战略进攻性武器，损害他国正当安全利益，威胁地区战略安全，加剧军事对抗和军备竞赛风险，对于地区和平稳定有百害而无一利。长期以来，包括日本在内的亚洲多国民众反对声音不绝于耳。 “中方敦促美方、日方正视地区国家呼声，纠正错误做法，以实际行动为地区和平稳定发挥正面作用。”他说。 “此举也是日本加速‘再军事化’的又一佐证。”郭嘉昆说，种种迹象表明，日本右翼势力正在谋求对军事能力进行整体重构，为所谓“长期战争”做准备。这本质上是掏空日本宪法、国际法和国内法规制，挑战战后国际秩序，与日方自诩“和平国家”形象背道而驰。 “日本‘新型军国主义’成势为患，可能再次成为引发地区动荡的祸源，国际社会必须以史为鉴，高度警惕、共同遏止。”郭嘉昆说。
