用好带兵“心”办法 ■刘维姣 习主席指出，“要坚持士兵至上、基层第一，真正关心关爱官兵，始终把官兵冷暖放在心上”。带兵育人，方法林林总总，但关键在一个“心”字。 知兵要知心，带兵要带心。所谓“心”办法，就是心平气和俯身倾听，放下架子、扑下身子，耐心听官兵心里话，读懂官兵情绪困惑，及时消除思想隔阂；将心比心换位思考，站在官兵角度体察冷暖，不搞主观臆断，把官兵的急难愁盼看在眼里、记在心上；尽心尽力主动作为，不满足于简单答复，多想真招实招破解难题，用心用情化解矛盾。 用好“心”办法，重在真诚、贵在经常。新征程上，广大带兵人一方面应传承发扬我军尊干爱兵、官兵友爱的优良传统，涵养耐心、保持诚心、常怀热心，坚持把谈心交心融入日常训练生活；另一方面，应着眼新时代官兵思想活跃、诉求多元的特点，不断转变带兵理念，持续探索带兵新方法，更有针对性地把带兵这项基础性工作做实做细。带兵人只有用好“心”办法，才能营造心相印、情相通的良好氛围，汇聚上下同欲、奋斗强军的磅礴力量。
