并肩作战，不分你我 ■第82集团军某旅某连班长王明昊前不久，连队接到驻训返程命令。然而，一半同志需继续执行其他任务，无法一同返营。装载加固工作本就时间紧、任务重，如今更压在了我们这些人肩上。正为人手紧缺发愁时，连长带来一个好消息：上级协调了兄弟单位几名战友前来，与我们一起完成装载加固任务。消息传来，大家心中顿感踏实。关键时刻，多一个人就是多一分力量。正午时分，天气仍很炎热，我们展开作业不久，一队人马跑步前来增援。带队的下士小张声音洪亮：“加强人员报到，请班长分配任务！” 我将附近几辆装甲车的装载任务分配给他们，他们立即分散开来投入工作。固定方木、砸实扒钉、检查钢丝绳……大家各司其职，动作利落。小张围着车体反复检查，对每根钢丝绳的受力角度都仔细调整，确保均匀稳固。汗水不断从脸颊滑落，他随手一抹，又弯下腰继续专注工作。任务期间，他们没有一人去阴凉处休息。递过去的水，只匆匆喝上两口，便又投入到紧张的作业中。所有车辆装载加固完毕，时间竟比预计还提前了不少。带队干部前来检查，对小张所带分队的工作给予了肯定。任务完成后，我发现，我们使用过的工具和剩余材料，也已被他们归整得井然有序。与身边战友聊起来，大家都很受触动，不约而同提到了两年前的那个夏天。那次，我们班也曾受领过类似任务，要加强到其他连，帮助加固营区围栏。当时，个别同志觉得这是“别人家”的活，干起来“过得去就行”。挖坑埋桩不够规范，围栏立起来看着差不多，便草草收工。几天后，一场大风袭来，我们负责加固的区段围栏成片倾倒，而其他区段却安然无恙。虽然事后并未追究我们的责任，但每每想起此事，心中总是很愧疚。今天，兄弟单位的战友用浸透军装的汗水和一丝不苟的作风，给我们上了生动一课。平日里与兄弟单位交流，常习惯性地说“你们”“我们”。可穿上这身军装，何必分你我？领受的每一项任务，都是练兵备战的需要；手中的工作无论分工，都是在为共同的事业服务。军列顺利启程。返营后的“点赞互赞”会上，我将这段经历分享给战友：“以前出去执行配属加强任务，总觉得是‘给别人干活’。现在明白了，身为军人，岗位可以临时，责任不能临时。走到哪里，都要把自己负责的工作干出高标准！” 这两天，得知兄弟连队某项任务需要人员加强，我第一个报了名。这一次，我也要让兄弟连队的战友们感受到：有我们在，请放心！（罗万里、杨开明整理）
