指导员的心结谁来解 ■许文卓 一个周五下午，第77集团军某旅某连文书王兆荣向班长、一级上士陈立反映“指导员最近状态不太好”。 陈立留意观察，发现指导员的确有所不同：常独自静坐，休息时少了到各班排走动、拉家常的身影，晚上还常在学习室窗前沉思。 连长外出学习后，指导员一人担起全连工作，加之新婚不久，难以顾及家庭。这位平时常为大家解心结的“老大哥”，看来也有了心事。陈立决定主动找指导员聊聊。 晚饭后，陈立找到指导员，两人边散步边聊。陈立翻出手机里一段孩子学叫“爸爸”的视频，指导员脸上露出了久违的笑容。 “前些年孩子刚出生那会，我心里也特别煎熬，每次和家属视频，愧疚感就多一分。”陈立用自身经历引出话题，指导员好奇地问道：“那你是怎么坚持下来的？” “多亏家属理解，总宽慰我要在部队安心工作；也多亏连队战友，默默替我分担了很多……”话说至此，陈立关切地看向指导员：“您是不是最近有心事？” 指导员张了张嘴，没说什么。陈立轻声说：“新兵想家、战士闹情绪，您总是第一个发现，循循善诱开导。您常说‘心里有事别憋着’，怎么到了自己这，反倒把话锁在心里？” 沉默片刻，指导员终于吐露心声：工作压力大，放心不下家中妻子，夜里常常睡不踏实…… “‘平时亲如兄弟，战时生死相依’，这是您常教导我们的。现在，我代表战友们，把这句话送给您。”陈立说，“连队也是您的家，我们都是您的家人，都是您的后盾。” 那晚，两人聊了很多。临别时，指导员露出了微笑：“心里舒坦多了。” 第二天，陈立找几名班长骨干说明了指导员的难处。“咱们得替指导员分担分担”“不能让他一人扛”……班长骨干了解情况后，工作更加认真尽心，有的承担部分统筹协调工作，有的主动帮忙处理文电。 更令人欣喜的是年轻战士：列兵小李主动承担连队板报任务；上等兵小胡把各库室损坏的门锁一一修好……连队氛围悄然发生着积极变化。 那次，连队开展“白条子”意见收集活动。指导员打开纸条，里面除了意见建议，还有不少暖心话语。 “我们愿意做您的后盾”“记得多和嫂子视频联系”……看着这些滚烫的字句，指导员眼眶微微发红。他抬起头，对战友们动情地说：“谢谢大家！这段时间的支持，我都感受到了。今后，我们一起努力！” 对于这段经历，陈立深有感触：在连队这个大家庭里，官兵一致、团结友爱，每个人都应该用行动守护彼此，用信任系牢情感纽带。“平时亲如兄弟，战时生死相依”，不仅是一句暖心话语，更是心手相连、并肩前行的自觉行动。
