习近平同巴基斯坦总统扎尔达里就中巴建交75周年互致贺电李强同巴基斯坦总理夏巴兹互致贺电新华社北京5月21日电 5月21日，国家主席习近平同巴基斯坦总统扎尔达里互致贺电，庆祝两国建交75周年。习近平指出，中国和巴基斯坦是山水相连、命运与共的好朋友和全天候战略合作伙伴。建交75年来，无论国际形势如何变化，中巴友谊始终坚如磐石、牢不可破。两国长期保持高水平政治互信、高水平务实合作、高水平安全合作、高水平国际协作，树立了国与国关系的典范。习近平强调，我高度重视中巴关系发展，愿同扎尔达里总统一道努力，以建交75周年为契机，加强战略沟通，赓续传统友谊，深化全方位合作，加快构建新时代更加紧密的中巴命运共同体，让中巴关系更好惠及两国人民，为地区和平与发展贡献力量。扎尔达里表示，巴中全天候战略合作伙伴关系历久弥坚，成为地区和平、稳定与发展的坚定支柱。巴方高度赞赏习近平主席提出的富有深远意义的系列全球倡议，高度珍视习近平主席坚定致力于深化巴中关系、推动构建新时代更加紧密的巴中命运共同体。巴方衷心感谢中方坚定支持巴基斯坦维护主权和领土完整，促进经济社会发展，将继续在事关中方核心利益问题上支持中方，进一步将巴中友谊提升到新高度。同日，国务院总理李强同巴基斯坦总理夏巴兹互致贺电。李强表示，中方愿同巴方一道努力，加强团结协作，积极打造中巴经济走廊“2.0升级版”，推动中巴全天候战略合作伙伴关系不断发展。夏巴兹表示，巴中关系以相互信任、主权平等及共同追求和平与发展为基础。巴方坚定致力于高质量推进中巴经济走廊建设，不断开辟巴中合作新领域。
