新华社里加10月14日电（记者陈玉芬）塔林消息：北约秘书长吕特14日在爱沙尼亚首都塔林表示，暂无迹象表明俄罗斯将对北约成员国领土发动攻击，但如果发现俄集结兵力，北约将作出回应。当天，吕特访问爱沙尼亚，并会见爱沙尼亚总理米查尔。随后举行的联合记者会上，在回答如何评估威胁以及俄罗斯是否会攻击北约国家时，吕特作出上述表态。他说：“我们认为不会，也看不到北约领土面临迫在眉睫的威胁。如果发现有军事集结，我们会做出反应。” 他还呼吁北约盟国在冬季来临前增加对乌克兰的军事支持，特别是加强防空援助。爱沙尼亚政府当天发布公告说，米查尔与吕特会谈，双方讨论了北约防务能力建设、地区安全及对乌克兰的军事支持。
