新华社北京5月21日电（记者吴梦桐、冯歆然）应国家主席习近平邀请，俄罗斯总统普京5月19日至20日对中国进行国事访问。外交部发言人郭嘉昆21日在例行记者会上表示，中方愿同俄方一道，全力落实好两国元首达成的重要共识，推动两国的互信根基越扎越牢、合作成色越来越足、友谊之路越走越宽。郭嘉昆在回答有关提问时说，普京总统访华期间，习近平主席同他举行了深入友好、富有成果的会谈。两国元首就推进中俄新时代全面战略协作伙伴关系达成新的重要共识，共同签署关于进一步加强全面战略协作、深化睦邻友好合作的联合声明，见证签署经贸、教育、科技等领域20项合作文件。两国还发表了关于倡导世界多极化和新型国际关系的联合声明，并达成了其他领域20项合作文件。郭嘉昆说，习近平主席指出，今年是中俄战略协作伙伴关系建立30周年。30年来，中俄关系定位不断提升，达到新时代全面战略协作伙伴关系的历史最高水平，树立起新型大国关系的典范。今年也是《中俄睦邻友好合作条约》签署25周年。多年来，两国始终恪守这一条约确立的“不结盟、不对抗、不针对第三方”原则，坚持平等相待、相互尊重、重信守义、合作共赢，为维护国际公平公道、推动构建新型国际关系作出重要贡献，成为世界百年变局中的关键恒量。 “在两国元首共同战略引领下，中俄关系已经迈上新起点。双方应顺应和平、发展、合作、共赢的时代潮流，推动中俄关系实现更高质量发展。”他说，一是筑牢更高质量政治互信，坚定彼此战略支持。二是赋能更高质量互利合作，携手推进各自发展振兴。三是推进更高质量民心相通，厚植两国世代友好根基。四是开展更高质量国际协作，改革完善全球治理。 “中方愿同俄方一道，全力落实好两国元首达成的重要共识，充分把握历史机遇，推动两国的互信根基越扎越牢、合作成色越来越足、友谊之路越走越宽，更好造福两国人民。”郭嘉昆说。
