新华社莫斯科/基辅10月12日电俄罗斯总统新闻秘书佩斯科夫12日表示，俄罗斯期待的是长久和平而非停战。在当天举行的新闻发布会上，佩斯科夫就乌克兰总统泽连斯基有关如俄同意停战60天则乌将举行选举的言论发表评论说，俄方已在不同场合多次表明，俄罗斯需要的不是停战而是长久和平，俄罗斯将为实现这一目标竭尽所能。佩斯科夫随后在社交媒体账号发表补充评论说，如果乌确实想举行选举，那么“普京总统将下达命令在选举日，仅限于选举日，不对乌克兰进行打击”。关于“能源停火”，佩斯科夫说，俄方对此暂无可发布信息，相关接触仍在进行中。另据乌克兰国际文传电讯社12日报道，泽连斯基当日表示，乌方支持美国总统特朗普提出的“能源停火”，如果俄同意实施“能源停火”，乌方愿意采取对等行动；如果俄方拒绝，乌方将在今年冬季予以回应。报道称，泽连斯基当天通过视频连线发表讲话说，俄方未向乌方确认实施“能源停火”，乌方也未从俄方行动中看到“能源停火”的迹象。他希望特朗普能够说服俄总统普京接受“能源停火”。特朗普11日称，即刻起，俄乌冲突进入“能源停火”状态。泽连斯基当天回应说，“能源停火”对他来说也是个新闻。
