随着政治整训持续深化，很多基层官兵深有体会地说：“部队生态更纯净，清风正气更充盈。战友之间、上下级之间，关系更清爽了，感情更亲密了，大家的工作劲头更足了。” 习主席强调：“要锻造法纪严、风气正的过硬基层，以严明的法治和纪律凝聚铁的意志、锤炼铁的作风、锻造铁的队伍。”基层风气是反映基层凝聚力和战斗力的“晴雨表”和“风向标”。培养甘苦与共、生死与共的革命情谊，离不开清澈纯粹、清清爽爽的良好风气。风气连着战斗力，好风气就是战斗力。基层官兵最渴望的是公平公正的好生态，最看重的是并肩战斗的战友情，最痛恨的是“跑找要送”等潜规则，最失望的是汗水成绩被漠视。搞亲亲疏疏、吃吃喝喝等歪风邪气，表面上一团和气，实则瓦解信任基础、挫伤奋进心气，最终侵蚀部队战斗力根基。风气正则人心齐，人心齐则事业成。广大党员干部应带头涵养清风正气，让政治生态更纯净、内外风气更纯正、官兵关系更纯洁，为攻坚建军百年、奋进强军一流汇聚起强大正能量。
