5月20日下午，国家主席习近平同俄罗斯总统普京在北京人民大会堂共同出席“中俄教育年”开幕式。新华社记者谢环驰摄新华社北京5月20日电（记者杨依军、温馨）5月20日下午，国家主席习近平同俄罗斯总统普京在北京人民大会堂共同出席“中俄教育年”开幕式。两国元首在热烈的掌声中一同步入会场。习近平首先发表致辞。习近平指出，今年是中俄战略协作伙伴关系建立30周年和《中俄睦邻友好合作条约》签署25周年。在这样一个具有特殊意义的年份启动“中俄教育年”，是我和普京总统着眼中俄关系长远发展作出的战略部署。教育是国与国之间连接民心、传承友谊的重要桥梁，是功在当代、利在千秋的崇高事业。长期以来，中俄教育合作持续深化、成效明显，丰富了中俄新时代全面战略协作伙伴关系的内涵。以“中俄教育年”为契机，双方要进一步凝聚合作共识、拓展合作领域、提升合作水平。习近平强调，教育兴则国家兴，教育强则国家强。中俄要深化人才培养合作，共同培育国际顶尖人才队伍和国家战略科技力量，携手攻克前沿科学难题，助力两国创新发展；要践行文明互鉴理念，推动文明传承和教育治理经验交流，共同提高工作水平；要赓续传统友好情谊，进一步释放教育合作潜力，促进两国民众相知相亲，让青少年在深入交流中增进友谊，培育中俄世代友好的接班人。相信在双方共同努力下，“中俄教育年”必将取得圆满成功。普京表示，教育合作是两国全面战略协作伙伴关系不可或缺的重要组成部分，启动“俄中教育年”具有里程碑意义。俄中两国都重视教育，教育不仅对个人发展至关重要，更是国家经济社会发展的基础。“俄中教育年”活动内容丰富、规模宏大。俄方愿同中方一道，通过加强教育合作，增进青年一代的彼此了解，让俄中友好事业后继有人，推动俄中关系取得更大发展。两国元首共同为“中俄教育年”徽标揭幕。蔡奇、丁薛祥、王毅、何立峰、张国清、谌贻琴等参加。
