Summary

Machine summary

A base of the Northern Theater Command Navy ran pre-assignment concentrated training for prospective squad leaders (预任带兵骨干), covering formation drill, goose-step, weapon disassembly, bayonet assault, physical fitness, and barracks management, ahead of their role as primary supervisors for incoming recruits. This is standard pre-recruit-cycle NCO preparation; its value is as a baseline record of how Northern Theater Command Navy units structure squad-leader qualification training before new-recruit intake, not as evidence of a capability or posture change.

Machine-generated from the original text, and distinct from the machine translation of the title. Not reviewed by a human. It is a reading of what was published, not a verification of it.
