新华社莫斯科9月30日电 俄罗斯外交部9月30日召见丹麦驻俄大使，就本月14日丹麦空军一架武装直升机在波罗的海西南国际水域对一艘俄护卫舰实施“挑衅行为”一事，向丹方提出强烈抗议。 俄外交部当天发布声明称，丹麦空军一架“大耳狐”武装直升机14日“危险抵近”俄方一艘护卫舰，并在其上空不足50米的高度悬停。该行为存在直接或间接碰撞风险，对航行安全构成威胁。俄舰船员通过国际通信频道多次就安全隐患进行提示，遭到丹方无视。为引起丹方注意，俄护卫舰向丹直升机“相反方向”发射了两枚信号照明弹。 声明说，俄方认为丹方上述行为违反《联合国海洋法公约》，丹方就该事件对俄方提出的指控“经不起推敲”。此类鲁莽行径若再次发生，或致波罗的海地区紧张局势进一步升级。 丹麦外交大臣拉斯穆森本月15日表示，丹麦已召见俄驻丹麦大使，抗议俄护卫舰向丹麦军用直升机发射照明弹的行为。丹麦军方说，丹麦空军一架武装直升机14日在丹麦南部附近国际水域上空，对一艘俄罗斯护卫舰进行拍摄。俄舰向直升机发射两枚照明弹，其中一枚从直升机附近飞过。
