文艺之花绽放驻训场 ■赵文暮春四月，浙东某驻训场，座座迷彩帐篷在风中挺立。海风裹挟着沙砾，扑打在临时搭建的舞台上。这是解放军文化艺术中心文艺轻骑队为兵服务的现场。他们把舞台扎在训练场，把文化服务送到战友身边。午后，距离演出还有3个多小时，舞台区域已是一派忙碌景象。编导沈杨手里攥着早已翻卷的节目单，神情专注而认真。这份节目单不是固定不变的“标准菜单”，而是结合驻训部队任务特点、兵种构成，以及前期调研掌握的基层文化需求，精心打磨而成的“专属定制”。“驻训部队连日高强度训练，大家需要的是可以提气鼓劲的‘精神冲锋号’。”沈杨说。戏剧导演嵇瑞星带着曲艺演员在舞台一侧围成一圈，研究热场环节。演员们顾不上长途奔波的劳顿，有人对着帐篷练声，有人扛着道具来回走位…… 驻训场的文艺演出，不是把剧场节目搬个地方演，而是要让艺术的根须扎进硝烟与泥土，生长出属于战场的气质。这份用心，藏在节目背后的细节打磨之中。男子舞蹈《尖兵》的排练场上，演员们早已汗透衣背。队员陈琦作为领舞，带着队员们排练战术突击动作——从匍匐前进到腾跃出击，再到匕首出鞘，一招一式都力求精准传神。出发前，他们专门邀请某特战分队骨干现场示范，一遍遍揣摩战术动作的发力要领。“舞蹈演员的身姿偏舒展柔和，而特战尖兵的动作讲究爆发力，二者有所不同。”陈琦说，那段时间，队员们下足苦功，努力展现硬朗的“战术范儿”。正式演出中，新创曲艺节目《一对好兄弟》，受到官兵喜爱。节目从部队新型作战训练中汲取灵感，以拟人化手法讲述军犬与“机器狗”并肩战斗的故事。诙谐接地气的唱词、鲜活传神的表演，引得现场官兵阵阵欢笑。演出间隙，文艺轻骑队队员走下舞台，深入官兵中间进行互动交流。声乐演员吴娜被战士们簇拥着，一同合唱《和祖国同一个脉搏》。嘹亮歌声中洋溢着青春朝气与家国情怀。队员杨阳手持钢枪，倾情唱响《手拿枪心向党》。常年驻守海防一线的官兵，对歌词中的坚守与担当有着真切的体会。歌声直抵心底，引发强烈的情感共鸣。刚结束战术训练的下士杨溢说，贴近官兵日常的旋律，让大家在歌声中找到了情感归属，更坚定了扎根海防、忠诚履职的信念。当全场数百名官兵不约而同起身，与文艺轻骑队队员一同高唱“战位有我在，请放心”时，这句庄严的承诺久久回荡，声如雷鸣，势如号角。舞台虽简单，情谊却绵长。夜幕降临，驻训场上的灯光次第熄灭，但演出现场的热情与欢呼依旧余温不散，在队员们心中留下温暖的记忆。海风渐渐归于平和，徐徐拂过寂静的驻训场。
