新华社莫斯科9月23日电 俄罗斯外交部发言人扎哈罗娃23日就加拿大与乌克兰签署《加乌百年伙伴关系宣言》回应说，此类协议无益局势、不会带来正向结果。持续向乌输送武器只会拖延和平进程，将西方国家直接拖入冲突中。 扎哈罗娃对俄新社表示，所有运往基辅的军用物资均为俄罗斯武装力量的“合法打击目标”。加拿大人应该看清，俄乌冲突拖延得越久，加美两国军工复合体获得的订单越多。 她还说，俄方持续看到乌总统泽连斯基在全球“四处奔走”寻求支持与军事援助。乌克兰现在已经沦为“西方的附庸”，完全依靠西方扶持维系。 加拿大总理马克·卡尼10日在艾伯塔省卡尔加里市与到访的泽连斯基举行会晤。双方签署了《加乌百年伙伴关系宣言》以及加强国防与安全合作的联合宣言。加方宣布多项对乌援助及合作计划，包括采购乌防空拦截弹、维护与重建乌能源基础设施，以及帮助乌克兰发展关键矿产生产等。
