新华社北京5月19日电（记者冯歆然、吴梦桐）外交部发言人郭嘉昆19日表示，中方一贯反对没有国际法依据的非法单边制裁，敦促美方立即停止对古巴的封锁和任何形式的胁迫施压。当日例行记者会上，有记者问：据报道，古巴国家主席迪亚斯-卡内尔18日在社交媒体发帖称，古巴面临来自美国这一超级大国的军事侵略威胁，而威胁本身已构成国际犯罪，若落实将引发流血冲突并破坏地区和平。古巴对包括美国在内的任何国家均无侵略意图，但遭受着美方多维侵略，拥有绝对合法的自卫权。同日，美国财政部宣布制裁9名古巴官员及古巴情报机构。中方对此有何评论？郭嘉昆说，中方一贯反对没有国际法依据的非法单边制裁，坚定支持古巴维护国家主权和安全，敦促美方立即停止对古巴的封锁和任何形式的胁迫施压，停止侵犯古巴人民的生存权、发展权。
