新华社联合国9月15日电（记者尚绪谦）联合国15日发布的《2026年全球风险报告》显示，大规模战争在全球风险中的排名迅速攀升。 报告说，与2024年首次调查相比，28项全球风险中，大规模战争的排名攀升了16位，升幅最大。36%的受访者认为，大规模战争会在一年内发生，76%的受访者预计将在七年内发生。排名升幅较大的还有全球金融危机、供应链崩溃和网络空间安全问题。排名跌幅较大的则是生物多样性退化、大范围环境污染和自然资源匮乏。 报告指出，受访者2026年对环境风险的重视程度有所降低。尽管如此，气候变化不作为、自然灾害和自然资源短缺的风险仍被视为较为重要的挑战。 该报告基于对世界各地政府、商界、民间和联合国系统约1300人的调查，邀请受访者对政治、技术、经济、环境和社会5个领域的共28项全球风险的可能性、严重性、紧迫性、多边机构应变准备程度进行评估。
