武警凉山支队冕宁中队以彝海结盟旧址为课堂，开展现地教育活动，激励官兵传承红色基因、永葆红军本色。夏末，四川省冕宁县彝海镇，群山含翠，微风轻拂。彝海之畔，结盟纪念碑旁边，3块青石呈品字形错落静卧。它们浸着90多年的岁月风尘，镌刻着长征史上一段彪炳史册的民族团结佳话。 1935年5月，中央红军先遣队进入民族隔阂深重的冕宁彝族地区。红军将士大力宣传党的民族政策和红军的宗旨，严格执行纪律，对彝族群众热情友好、赤诚相待，争取到大多数彝族同胞的信任。22日，红军先遣队司令员刘伯承和果基家支头人小叶丹在彝海边歃血为盟，义结金兰。这3块石头，见证了这个伟大的历史时刻：刘伯承年长，坐在北方稍高的石头上。小叶丹坐在刘伯承对面的石头上，祭司坐在两人中间主持结盟仪式。这场跨越民族的生死盟约，为红军顺利北上抢占了战略先机，成为中国革命史上民族团结的光辉典范。90多年岁月转瞬而逝，青石无言，依旧在结盟故地向人们讲述那段光辉的红色往事，见证着大凉山的沧桑巨变。
