新华社北京9月9日电（记者邵艺博、万倩仪）外交部发言人毛宁9日表示，中国从来不会抽走任何国家发展的“梯子”，而是致力于搭“梯子”。中国将始终秉持互利共赢、共同发展理念，做南方国家可信赖的伙伴，以自身发展助力全球南方振兴。当日例行记者会上，有记者问：近期出现一些炒作中国“抽梯子”的声音，认为中国只顾自身发展、抽走了其他南方国家发展的“梯子”。请问发言人对“抽梯子论”有何评论？ “中国从来不会抽走任何国家发展的‘梯子’，而是致力于搭‘梯子’。”毛宁说，我们通过高质量共建“一带一路”，帮助共建国家补齐基础设施短板。我们提供高性价比的工业设备和科技产品，分享经验技术，帮助南方国家降低产业发展成本。我们通过“零关税”“出口中国”等政策主动让利，分享市场机遇，帮助南方国家更好融入全球产供链，增强发展韧性。毛宁表示，立己达人，是中国开展对外合作的价值底色。所谓“抽梯子”的说法在南方国家没有市场。中国将始终秉持互利共赢、共同发展理念，做南方国家可信赖的伙伴，以自身发展助力全球南方振兴。
