真抓实干是开展树立和践行正确政绩观学习教育的总要求之一。巩固拓展学习教育成果，尤需广大军队党员干部以钉钉子精神把各项工作一件件干好、干实、干到位。习主席强调：“事情说了，得听到落地的回响，看看落实得到底怎么样。”这一重要论述，蕴含着如何抓落实的方法论，体现了实干笃行的担当精神。树立和践行正确政绩观学习教育开展以来，通过一体推进学查改，军队党员干部进一步匡正干的导向、激扬干的正气，推动“十五五”开局起步各项工作有序展开。然而，仍有少数党员干部把说了当做了、把做了当做好了，重过程轻结果、讲数量轻质量。如此“干事”，不仅达不到预期目标，甚至会贻害部队战斗力建设。 “干事”重在“干实”。广大军队党员干部应凭实立身、以实为尺，真抓实干、埋头苦干，把抓落实充分体现在工作举措、工作实效上，力戒形式主义、官僚主义，努力创造经得起实践、人民、历史检验的实绩。
