近日，随着一段短视频的广泛传播，第80集团军某旅战士李涛路遇车祸紧急救助被困人员的事迹，被群众热议点赞。当天，正在陕西宝鸡老家休假的李涛驾车从乡下返回市区，行驶至244国道相家沟村路段时，遇到一起交通事故——一辆运煤货车侧翻，大量煤炭倾卸而下，掩埋住旁边的小轿车，而且车辆出现燃油泄漏，随时可能起火爆炸，车内被困人员的处境十分危急。李涛见状立刻将车停靠在安全区域，并打开双闪警示灯，车内朋友同时拨打救援电话、疏导过往车辆。快步冲到侧翻的货车旁，李涛发现司机无大碍，便立即跑向小轿车。此时，小轿车仅露出一小段车尾，无法判断车内被困人员情况。李涛转身从货车上取下一把铁铲，奋力刨挖压在小轿车上的煤炭。 “你受伤了，别动，这里交给我！”李涛当即劝阻。很快，小轿车外围的煤炭被清理干净。变形的车体里，小轿车司机被卡在车顶下方，颈部以下完全被煤炭包裹，意识已有些模糊。李涛一边安抚被困司机，一边快速清理杂物。争分夺秒的施救，为后续救援争取到宝贵时间。过了一会儿，交警、消防、急救人员陆续抵达，有序开展后续处置工作。 “我们赶到时，小轿车司机血压已降到危险值。幸亏李涛提前施救，否则生命堪忧。”现场参与救治的医护人员对李涛的处置给予肯定。小轿车司机住进医院后，李涛又专程赶去探望。面对接踵而至的赞誉，他的回答朴实而坚定：“群众遇到困难时及时施以援手，这是军人的本能，也是应尽的责任。”
