9月9日，国务院台办举行例行新闻发布会。有记者问：台湾彰化师范大学一位副教授就“一国两制台湾方案”在社交平台连续刊发3篇文章，引发两岸读者热议，有观点认为这是“一份难得的破冰文本”，请问对此有何评论？如何看待两岸民间开始理性谈论统一问题这一新动向？发言人陈斌华答问表示，“和平统一、一国两制”是实现国家统一的最佳方式，体现了海纳百川、有容乃大的中华智慧，既充分考虑台湾现实情况，又有利于统一后台湾长治久安。“一国两制”在台湾的具体实现形式，会充分考虑台湾现实情况，会充分吸收两岸各界意见和建议，会充分照顾到台湾同胞的利益和感情。他指出，祖国统一是不可阻挡的历史大势，对于台湾同胞而言不是选答题，而是必答题。我们乐见越来越多台湾同胞正视统一，开始了解讨论“一国两制台湾方案”的具体内容，通过各种方式为“两制台湾方案”建言献策。在此过程中，两岸同胞有分歧、有争鸣都是正常现象。我们相信会有更多台湾同胞突破民进党当局制造的思想禁锢和信息茧房，越来越认识到“一国两制”的优越性和“两制台湾方案”的包容性。（记者王承昊、覃朗）
