新华社北京9月9日电 9月9日，中共中央总书记、国家主席习近平就朝鲜国庆78周年向朝鲜劳动党总书记、国务委员会委员长金正恩致贺电。习近平指出，78年来，在朝鲜劳动党领导下，朝鲜人民自力更生、团结奋斗，推动朝鲜社会主义各项事业蓬勃发展。特别是近些年，总书记同志带领朝鲜党和人民，全力推进经济社会建设，取得一系列发展成就，中方为此感到由衷高兴。相信兄弟的朝鲜人民一定能够实现劳动党九大提出的目标任务，不断开创党和国家建设事业新局面。习近平强调，中朝两国是守望相助、命运与共的社会主义友好邻邦。维护好、巩固好、发展好中朝关系始终是中国党和政府坚定不移的方针。今年6月，我对朝鲜进行国事访问，同你再次会晤，开启两党两国关系发展新篇章。我愿同总书记同志一道努力，继续加强对两党两国关系的战略引领，携手推动各自党和国家事业发展，持续增进两国人民福祉和友谊，为促进地区乃至世界和平稳定和发展繁荣作出更大贡献。
