“身教好”成为硬杠杠 ■金鑫某部在评选优秀政治教员时，不仅坚持课讲得好这一标准，还注重考量授课人的官德人品，充分尊重官兵对政治教员的公论。这种把评课与评人结合起来的做法，符合“身教重于言传”的理念，值得学习借鉴。《军队基层建设纲要》明确，政治教员应当“会知兵、会施教、会谈心、身教好”，其中“一好”是“三会”的基础和保证。“最美新时代革命军人”王晓明就是一位优秀政治教员，不仅课讲得好，还扎根基层、热爱基层，身先士卒、以身作则，立起了政治干部的好样子。这启示我们，施教者知行合一、心口如一，受教者才会紧紧跟随、向上向好。人不率则不从，身不先则不信。事实上，官兵评判政治教员，总是听其言、观其行，然后信其理、服其教。对政治教员来说，身教若不立，言教难彰显。现实生活中，为什么一些政治教员讲的是“真理”，官兵却没有入脑入心，就在于教育者在对己和对人上存在“双重标准”。罗荣桓同志说过：“不要只是以口号去要求别人，那样只会使自己脱离群众，使自己成为一个空头革命家，而应该以实际行动去影响别人。”各级在评选优秀政治教员时，既应看课讲得如何，又应看身教作用发挥得如何，切实选出过得硬、信得过的好教员，影响和带动广大官兵树形象、干事业、谋打赢。
